Q: How do I buy tickets?
A: You can purchase tickets online through our ticketing company, Zerve (click here) or by calling Zerve at 1-800-979-3370 or 1-212-209-3370. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Q: Do I need to buy tickets in advance?
A: Advanced purchase is required and tours do sell out. Check our schedule and buy your tickets early.
Q: How long is your ghost tour?
A: The walking ghost tour is a leisurely 9/10th of a mile on a circular route around historic downtown Annapolis which lasts approximately 90-120 minutes. We make multiple stops at various haunted locations where you will rest and hear our stories. While far from strenuous, we do recommend that you wear comfortable walking shoes and dress for the weather!
Q: What is a Haunted Pub Crawl?
A: The Pub Crawl is a 2-hour walking tour (approx. 1/2 mile) to some of the most haunted taverns in Annapolis. Spending about 20 minutes at each location, you'll learn the history and hauntings while enjoying your favorite cocktail or soft drink. Drinks are not included in this tour, however each bar offers a signature tour cocktail or shot with special pricing to our guests. This tour is limited to Adults (21+) ONLY! No children. Q: Can we bring cameras or video equipment?
A: But, of course!!! Some of the best ghost photos have been taken by unwitting photographers intending to shoot other subjects. Apparitions tend to show up in photos, even when you didn’t see anything while snapping the picture. The only thing we ask is that if you shoot a great ghost picture and sell it to the tabloids for a million dollars, you'll share some with us, just kidding. So good luck, and good hunting!
Q: Is tipping acceptable or required?
A: Tipping is acceptable, but not required. That is totally at your discretion. We expect our guides to be highly professional, well-trained, and to entertain you regardless of potential gratuities. Many of our guests appreciate good service and choose to reward it, and the guides are always grateful. Same applies to the bartenders along the pub crawl route. Take good care of them, and they'll take good care of you!
Q: What is your minimum number of guests and the requirements to reserve a group tour?
A: Group/private tours are available for a minimum of 15 people or $200. Private group tour arrangements will require a credit card deposit. In the event that a group cannot attend on the scheduled date and time, they may reschedule up to 48 hours beforehand with no penalty. For more info, please call 443-758-5345.
Q: Does the tour happen rain or shine?
A: Yes, the tour runs in all weather unless it's dangerous. If we cancel the tour, participants may reschedule or get their money back.
Q: Is there any reason a tour won't go out?
A: If there are less than 3 guests for a tour or in unsafe conditions we may postpone or cancel a tour. We would of course reschedule your tour, or refund your ticket purchase.
Q: I am running late for the tour, will you wait for me?
A: We must start the tour on time because our other guests do not want to wait. If you are running late, please let us know (you will need to contact us at 443-758-5345). Please give yourself plenty of time to get to the tour and find parking!
Q: Is there parking near the tour?
A: We recommend parking in one of the several parking garages in downtown Annapolis, as many meters only allow a maximum of 2 hours. However, meters are only in effect until 7:30pm. After that they offer free parking!

Q: Do we go inside buildings during the tour?
A: Only during the Pub Crawl...The walking tour stories are told outside each location.
Q: Is this tour suitable for children?
A: Yes! The early evening tours more so than the later tours. We do however discuss "Working Girls" briefly (mainly through innuendo), and much of the tour is geared towards adults, but many people do bring their children and tell us that they enjoyed it thoroughly.
